I got tired of waiting for someone to come up with a solution to this problem that I know every Producer has. So I designed The Babylon Bridge™. The Babylon Bridge™ was an opportunity for me to create a product that goes beyond just being a needed industry tool. It was key when I designed the Bridge, Dress kits, Bag and Shipping Boxes that these items would all be Made in the USA by small businesses. I’ve partnered with several small businesses all around the U.S. to create and manufacture all these items. While that was important, the principal consideration was the ability to provide working opportunities for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Individuals with disABILITIES are the most underrepresented group in the workforce. They have many great talents that can benefit employers and are underutilized. I am proud that we not only are helping to create jobs for American Workers and supporting Small Businesses, but we are also able to provide work experience for individuals with Autism.
